OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES
By entering the Free Micro Wedding Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The winning couple must use the wedding package during the 2027 calendar year. Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Day Parti Studio, Events Amoore, and Woods Event Services are not eligible to win.
Entry Period: Entries will be accepted through November 21, 2026. Entries received after the deadline will not be included.
Winner Selection & Announcement: One winner will be selected and announced on November 23, 2026. The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with their entry.
The selected winner must respond within 72 hours of being contacted. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within that time, another winner may be selected.
Prize: The winner will receive one Micro Wedding Package valued at $950, hosted at Day Parti Studio in Hampton, Georgia.
The package includes:
- Up to 18 guests
- Two-hour wedding experience
- Choice of chapel or outdoor ceremony
- Decorated wedding arch
- Wedding music
- Champagne toast
- Dessert table with cake
The package has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Scheduling: The winning wedding must take place during 2027. The couple’s preferred date is not guaranteed. All wedding dates are subject to the availability of Day Parti Studio and participating vendors. The winning couple is encouraged to select and secure their preferred date as early as possible after being notified.
Additional Services & Upgrades: Services or items not specifically included in the Micro Wedding Package are the responsibility of the winning couple.
The winner may choose to upgrade to the available Signature Wedding Package for $1,800, which accommodates up to 100 guests and has a stated package value of $2,750. Upgrade details, inclusions, availability, and any additional services will be discussed with the winning couple before booking.
Guest Count: The complimentary Micro Wedding Package is limited to 18 guests. Additional guests are not included unless an eligible upgrade or additional service is purchased and approved.
Changes & Cancellations: Once the wedding date is confirmed, any date changes will be subject to venue and vendor availability and applicable policies. The participating businesses reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of comparable services when circumstances outside their control require them to do so.
Winner Responsibility: The winner is responsible for any expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize, including additional décor, food, beverages, attire, transportation, accommodations, marriage license fees, additional guests, upgraded services, or other personal wedding expenses.
Promotion Partners: This promotion is presented in partnership by Day Parti Studio, Events Amoore, and Woods Event Services.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these rules and any additional booking agreements required to schedule and redeem the wedding package.
