Wim Hof Wellness

In partnership with Ignite Sadhana, The Asbury Ocean Club Hotel is delighted to welcome you to an impactful wellness experience at our beachfront oasis. On Saturday, February 15th, join us for a three-hour session dedicated to learning the basics of the Wim Hof Method and the affiliated health benefits such as reduced inflammation, better quality sleep and more energy. You will then participate in meaningful meditation and breathing exercises, followed by guided cold plunge sessions on our scenic pool deck.

This workshop promises to push the limits of the mind, body and spirit and bring true purpose to a wellness cold plunge.

Please note that this session is available only to guests of the hotel and residents of The Asbury Ocean Club.
