My name is Gaétan Loubrieu, and I am a certified Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor.
My own journey with the Wim Hof Method started from curiosity and became a powerful tool for improving my energy, resilience, mood, and connection with myself. Today I’m passionate about sharing these practices and helping others discover what they’re capable of.
