This session covers the three pillars of the WHM, Wim’s background, the science behind the method, and key studies.- Instruction (1.5 hours): We discuss the science and demonstrate the three parts of WHM breathwork (hyperventilation, retention, and recovery). We also include a practice round to address any questions.
- Breathing Session (45–60 mins): A guided session consisting of approximately eight rounds of breathwork.
- Cold Exposure: Participants move to ice baths for 2–5 minutes with one-on-one support to ensure a safe and successful experience.
- Integration: We conclude with "horse stance" meditation to warm up the body, followed by a final group dip and closing circle.
