Experience the power of breathwork and ice immersion to feel happier, healthier, and stronger. In this workshop, you’ll learn the foundational tools of the Wim Hof Method and how to practice them safely and effectively on your own.
Led by Jorge Martinez, an Advanced Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor with nearly a decade of teaching experience. Through this practice, Jorge has experienced profound long-term physical, mental, and emotional benefits, which he shares with great passion and care. Jorge is also a dedicated Ashtanga yoga practitioner and looks forward to connecting with you during the June 2026 Mysore Season at Miami Life Center.

Note: We accept cancellations up to 30 days prior to the workshop and you will receive full refund minus 10% of the original workshop fee. No refunds are available for cancellations within 30 days of the workshop. No exceptions!
Please reserve your spot in advance, as we decide whether to run each workshop based on the number of students registered ahead of time. If we don’t reach the minimum sign-ups, the workshop may be postponed.
