Join us for the Wim Hof Method Community Session, designed for those who have already completed the Wim Hof Method Fundamentals workshop with us. This unique experience is a fantastic way to expand your knowledge, deepen your practice, and maintain your Wim Hof Method training.
Every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., our sessions start with a warm-up to prepare both body and mind. Stuart and Kam then guide you through a Wim Hof Method breathwork session, building on the foundation you’ve already established.
After the breathwork, it’s time to embrace the invigorating ice baths again. This practice is an excellent opportunity to reinforce your cold exposure training, further unlocking its numerous benefits. Following the ice baths, you can unwind in our soothing barrel sauna or even engage in contrast therapy by alternating between the sauna, hot tub and ice bath.
