Wilson's Landing - Bioretention Garden Cleanup & Invasive Plant Removal
About this Event
The Seminole Education, Restoration, and Volunteer (SERV) Program and Seminole County Natural Lands Program invite you to participate in a fun conservation project. Join us and help to spruce up the Wilson's Landing bioretention garden, an important stormwater project, and remove invasive plants by the canoe launch.
DATE/TIME: Saturday, June 27th, 2026 from 8:30 am - 10:30 am
LOCATION: Wilson’s Landing, 379 Malekean Trail, Sanford, FL. We will meet down by the canoe launch; map will be sent to volunteers who RSVP.
ATTIRE: Please plan to get muddy during the event. Closed-toed shoes are required (no flip-flops or sandals please); old clothes, gardening gloves, and sun protection are recommended.
