1st lay-by at the wooden shelter to just past Bel Royal
West Park 5K at 6.30pm
An out & back course from the 1st lay-by at the wooden shelter to just past Bel Royal & back.
The fastest runners will be set off last with all other runners set off at predetermined intervals before them. Start times will be determined based on previous performances. (If this is your first race, don’t worry, we will assess an appropriate start time at check in).
Check in from 6.00-6.20pm.
Free entry for all.
Please bring your Club race number. Race numbers will be given to non-members at check in.
Trophy for 1st finisher who is a club member.
Sign up deadline: 3rd July at 5pm

Any under 15s must have a parent or guardian present for the duration of the race (the parent/guardian does not have to run).
