Wilmington Rises Against Hunger is returning to St. James Parish on November 7, 2026.
Rise Against Hunger is an international relief organization distributing food and aid to the world’s most vulnerable. Join us at St. James as we help in this mission by packing 50,000 meals! These meals will be sent all over the world.
We will need 300 volunteers; all ages welcome! Bring your friends and family to make this fun community outreach event a huge success! Stay tuned for details.
We need volunteers for:
Set Up | November 6| 4:00-6:00 p.m.
Meal Packing Shift 1 | November 7 | 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Meal Packing Shift 2 | November 7 | 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Clean Up | November 7 | 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Note: During Shift 1 on November 7th, Nursery services for children age 3 years and under are available with pre-registration. Please plan to register each child using the Google Form by no later than 10/28/2026.
