WILMA's 2026 Women to Watch Awards

Our annual Women to Watch Awards celebrate the women making an impact on our community in the areas of Arts, Business, Education, Health, Nonprofit/Volunteer, Public Sector, and Rising Stars. And, returning for its second year, the WILMA Icon Award recognizing a visionary woman with a lasting impact.

After an impressive number of nominations were received with an incredible cadre of ladies in the running, thirty-six women were selected as finalists this year by an outside panel of judges. On September 11, we will celebrate the women being recognized this year and announce the winners in each category.

WILMA's Women to Watch Awards

Friday, Sept. 11 from 5:30-10:00 pm

at the Wilmington Convention Center

Program Details:

5:30-6:30 pm – Cocktail hour includes open bar with wine, beer, and appetizers

6:30 – 7:30 pm – Awards program

7:30-10 pm – Food stations open, bars reopen, and the dance floor will be waiting!
