Mixed Berry & Feta Salad
Fresh strawberries and blueberries over crisp mixed greens with crumbled feta and a spiced dark chocolate vinaigrette.
Purple Violet Potato Soup
A velvety soup of purple potatoes, leeks, fresh thyme and cream, garnished with crème fraîche and fresh chives.
Entrée selections:
Chocolate Mole Chicken Breast — Roasted chicken with a rich chocolate mole sauce, charred cheese polenta cake and charred broccolini.
Candy Bar Crusted Salmon — Fresh salmon with a pistachio, pretzel and almond crust, honey-Dijon glaze, charred cheese polenta cake and honey-roasted rainbow baby carrots.
Wild Mushroom & Cocoa Ragù over Pappardelle — Wild mushrooms simmered with soffrito, red wine, tomato and cocoa, served over pappardelle pasta.
🍰 Dessert options include:
The Ultimate Willy Wonka Double Chocolate Candy Trifle — Fudgy brownie, chocolate pudding, whipped cream, chopped candy bars, caramel drizzle and whimsical sprinkles.
Golden Egg Lemon Tart — Lemon curd in a crisp pastry shell, topped with kataifi pastry and an edible golden chocolate egg.

• Adults: $35
• Children under 10: $10 optional children's meal featuring macaroni and cheese, vegetable du jour, fruit and dessert.
🎭 Entertainment begins at 7 p.m. and includes a special preview of the upcoming ACM Theatre Club performance of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
