What: All ages are invited to a practical approach of understanding the purpose of estate planning, the differences between wills and trusts, and some of the current Illinois laws that may impact how you plan for end-of-life financially. When: Thursday, March 5th, 6:30pm in the Fellowship Hall at Church
Why: Come learn! All ages need to recognize that we want to be prepared for the end of our life, whenever that is. Our goal may be to make sure that we are providing for a spouse, our young families. Another goal is to make our desires known of how we want to distribute our property and wealth. Naturally, we want to make this process as simple as possible for our loved ones who will be responsible to carrying out our plans. That means we need to prepare for it and communicate it.
Bring: your spouse, a friend, your questions, a notepad if you are a note taker. A handout of explanation will be provided for you to take home.
Childcare: we will have our nursery and a children’s room open with adult supervision for parents who need childcare for this event. Please message us here or sign up at the Welcome Center in the Fellowship Hall so we know how many kids to expect.
