Many of us lead busy and hectic lives. We forget, do not have time, or completely avoid creating a will. In the event that you become disabled or pass away, having a power of attorney and will are essential to help your beneficiaries avoid legal and financial hassles in your absence.

On July 16th, Marine FCU will sponsor a Wills Day, exclusively for our members. We'll provide access to a trusted attorney at law, Frank Drake, who will conduct one-on-one sessions to prepare your will and answer all of your questions.

You'll receive two 30-minute sessions which will be held at our Corporate Headquarters, 4180 Western Boulevard in Jacksonville, North Carolina. At the second follow-up appointment, you will meet with Mr. Drake again to sign all required documents.
Couples: Only one member needs to appear at the initial session, and both must appear at the second session
