Join us at the Medford Public Library for a potluck dinner and talk with Michael Vasquez, Executive Director for The Willow Conservancy in Eugene, OR. What is the connection between willow and Qigong? Come listen in and find out!The Willow Conservancy works towards educating the public about the benefits of willow, teaching workshops, and developing local partnerships in the Willamette valley.
Michael has been a Tai Chi and Qigong teacher for over 40+ years and will also be sharing about the mind/body/spirit and health benefits of practicing Qigong.
Qigong is a Chinese practice that is around 5,000 years old.

This talk is in advance of a day in the meadow engaging in a Qigong session and planting willow at Vesper Meadow Restoration Preserve.
