Come to boost your spirit to Monday Willen Mixed Ability Yoga Class!During the class you will be encourage to maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follows a progression that moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on bodily sensations and breath.
The class is PAY as YOU GO, £8.00 per a class.
