A gentle yoga course is specifically designed to support mums-to-be on their unique pregnancy journey as both physical and emotional needs change. Yoga offers you the opportunity to connect with your baby and you will leave each class feeling deeply relaxed and with techniques you can use during pregnancy, birth and beyond!Coming to classes is also a great way to feel part of a community of other women enjoying the same life-changing journey – often the starting place for deep friendships!
- learning breathing techniques for relaxation and helping with childbirth
- staying active through light exercise specifically tailored for various stages of pregnancy
- soothe aches and pains
- improve sleep
- tone muscles and improve balance and circulation during pregnancy with little impact on joints
- learn positions that may help during childbirth
- a great way to meet other mums-to-be, course ends with a social gathering in our lovely café with a free hot drink
Pregnancy yoga is suitable for both beginners and those who are more experienced. Min of 14+ weeks unless regular practice has been maintained.
