Phillip Margolin, New York Times multiple bestselling author, will speak about how he began writing, his process, and the breaks that helped his first novel, Heartstone, to get published. This inspiring presentation promises to evoke questions and communication about our role as writers. An essential question to ponder may be: Does becoming a published writer involve being a fan of authors before production? Margolin will expound on his experience being a self-taught writer and how he was an avid reader before he was ever a published author at age 34.
Phil loves Q&A!! So bring your questions and any
copies of his books to be signed. There will not be any copies of books to purchase on June 20th. Expect an invigorating conversation to question our own motives for the craft of our writing!
