Will of Iron: A 40k Painting Challenge

Operation Imperator has launched across Armageddon and with every passing day, deeds of heroism and villainy are etched into the blood-slick annals of the 41st Millenium.
The Will of Iron is a celebration of our talented Northern Boards community, and a challenge to paint up a character of heroism or infamy within the theme of the Armageddon conflict!
The details of entry are listed below:
-$5 per entry, 1 entry per person
-Single Miniature entries only, with base sizes at a minimum of 20mm and a maximum of 80mm
-All miniatures must be themed around the Armageddon conflict
There are two sub categories for this painting challenge:
-Challenge: Participants who tag their entries in the 'Challenge' category, agree to have their miniatures proudly displayed during the month of September.
-Masters: Participants who tag their entries in the 'Masters' category agree to have their miniatures proudly displayed during the month of September. In addition, Masters entries will be judged for their technical skill in building, converting, painting and basing, and the best entry on the day will be awarded 'Best Painted'.
All entrants will be offered feedback upon request. and we encourage new painters especially to chat ideas and techniques with those hobbyists that have entered the Masters category!
There will be a photo gallery created of each entry, in front of our Armageddon mini-diorama, including the name of each entrant and the title of your hero and/or villain!
Remember that if you want to learn new skills to smash out an awesome entry, then head in store and ask us for help! We are always happy to demonstrate skills and have a massive range of products available to help you grow your hobby skills!
