Wilkes-Barre POWER! is proud to partner with The Cobbler to bring this month’s networking event.This month’s featured organization: The JumpStart Cart. This nonprofit organization’s mission is dedicated to supporting young adults with special needs transitioning from the academic setting to the workplace. The JumpStart Cart’s vision is that every individual will gain independence, skills, and self-esteem for a lifetime of success in the workplace.
Wilkes-Barre POWER! is also proud to support the Go Getters Podcast’s third annual Thanksgiving food drive to provide 600 meals to families in need. We ask our members and attendees to bring canned goods/non-perishable items to our November networking event. Items we need include green beans, corn, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. Thank you in advance for helping families enjoy a warm meal and feel the holiday spirit this Thanksgiving!
