Join Wildlife Jewels for a special golden-hour wildlife walk along La Jolla’s extraordinary coastline and discover the remarkable wildlife whose lives depend on the health and protection of this magical coastal habitat.

Step beyond the shoreline and into the lives of La Jolla’s wildlife.

During the walk, we’ll share the stories of some of the individual animals we’ve come to know—from seabirds and their young to seals, sea lions, and other coastal wildlife—as well as some of the birds our team has helped rescue over the last few months.

You’ll also discover the increasing challenges these animals face, including fishing-gear entanglement, marine debris, and human disturbance, and learn how we can all help protect them.
