Wildlife and Wildfire Day Camp
Tuesday, June 16 l 11 a.m.-2 p.m. l Ages: 9 years and up
Learn about research on muskox, reindeer and bison and about wildfire ecology. This camp will start at the UAF Large Animal Research Station, 2220 Yankovich Road, Fairbanks. Participants will also hike the nearby Wildfire Walk, eat lunch and learn about the Firewise Program.
Bring appropriate shoes and clothing for a 40-minute hike. Cost is $25 for both 4-H members and non-members with lunch included. Let us know if there are any food allergies. Register at https://bit.ly/WildlifeCamp26
