The Task:

Come along for a lovely afternoon in nature, connecting with other women and discovering the hidden delights of this beautiful nature reserve, which is not open to the general public. We will have some time for a guided exploration of nature on the site and also join in a variety of light conservation tasks.

What to Bring:

Bring along gardening gloves if you have them (we will have plenty of spares) and dress for the weather and the task - long trousers are advisable to protect against ticks and thorny vegetation.

Please bring your own filled water bottle.

We will be bringing a tea kit and biscuits.

Hand washing facilities will be available.

Please note:

Biscuits are served at all Chiltern Rangers sessions. Please advise if you have an allergy.

Volunteering and COVID-19 Government Guidance:

We strongly advise that participants take a lateral flow test before attending the session, particularly if you are using the minibus.

We will continue to follow our on site COVID-19 Safe procedures when you come outside to volunteer with us, As government guidance is changing so rapidly, please check the latest government guidance before you come. Please do not come if:

a. You have tested positive for COVID-19 and are self-isolating
