A ½-mile walk to learn about the wildflowers, native plants, and animal life of the park, guided by members of Texas Master Naturalists Indian Trail Chapter of Navarro and Ellis Counties. Closed-toe shoes, comfortable outdoor clothing, and insect repellent are recommended. Event is free and open to children and adults of all ages but be aware that most trails are natural surface. No tickets required for these events. In case of rain, event will be cancelled.
