In 2026, our Merredin Branch will be hosting the State Conference for the Wildflower Society of WA Inc. Saturday 27 June 2026
Starting with registrations at 8.30am, the State Council will be held in the morning. Open to all, come along to hear about the activities of the WSWA, its Branches, and sub-committees. Note: only Branch Delegates are able to vote during this session.
The AGM will start at 1.30pm.

The conference continues with presentations from guest speakers:
- Richard McDowell: Nursery Tales: the dynamics of starting a nursery in the Wheatbelt
- Ursina Gringer: From the Swiss Alps to the Australian Bush
- Malcolm French OAM: The Very Special Eucalypts of the Merredin Region
Malcolm will also be your tour leader, exploring Merredin's unique Eucalyptus specimens and significant native plant sites.
