* All Adventure Racers (As part of pre-requisite for 24+hours Races at least one team member must be certified WBLS)
* Anyone who is interested in emergency preparedness
* Coaches, Instructors, Teacher's freelancers working in remote, indoor and outdoor or wild environments
* Individuals supporting higher-certified medical responders
