Gus David Sanchez and Blank Conversations Theatre Company are collaborating to present a staged reading of a new, unproduced play by Scott Carter (The Gospel According to Thomas Jefferson, Charles Dickens, and Count Leo Tolstoy; Real Time with Bill Maher) titled “Wilde Man”.Synopsis: “Suffering is one very long moment,” wrote Oscar Wilde while confined in an English prison. WILDE MAN follows the famed author in his rise to stardom with “The Picture of Dorian Gray”, his love affair with Lord Alfred Douglas, and his imprisonment and eventual demise, as told by those who loved and supported him through it all.
