Feeling beautiful in today's high tech and AI generated world ofphotoshop and instagram, with all its filters and image generation,
can feel super challenging; especially as we hit our midlives and
watch the effects of aging start to appear on our faces and in our
bodies.
But what if I told you I've discovered a secret or two that will not
only aid your skin from showing some of the effects of time; it will
bring out that inner beauty that is always there, ~from the outside
in?
It is a little secret I've learned from the concepts of re-wilding and
wildcrafting; an active concept where I have found that lies within
both of these very pleasurable activities. When practiced in tandem,
re-wilding and wildcrafting can aid anyone of any age to rediscover
their inherent connection to their own natural beauty as they
become one in connectivity with the inherent beauty of the wild
spaces around them.
Join me as I host an afternoon of learning why connecting to our
own wild spaces is so important for radiating inner beauty and
strength(rewilding) -and then learn how to sustainably harvest the
abundance Nature has given us to heal our skin, our bodies and our
minds from the outside in; through making our own useful
