Wildcats Roar Against Sexual Violence 5K Run/Walk/Roll 2026

Join University of Arizona Office of Public Safety and Survivor Support Services, Take Back the Night Tucson and Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault to launch Sexual Assault Awareness Month with an evening of community, empowerment, learning and support on the U of A Mall.

All proceeds from 5K registration will benefit University of Arizona Campus Health , and their goal of enhancing safe spaces and resources for survivors of sexual assault.

The Resource Fair opens at 4:30 p.m.

The 5K starts at 6:15 p.m.

• All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Walk/run/roll at your own pace.
• 5K participants under 18 are free. All participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian who signs a waiver. (See waiver info below.)
• The entire route is paved, and there will be water stations and light snacks for participants.
• This is an untimed event.
• Forms of mobility that can be used in this event are wheelchairs, strollers and wagons.
• No roller blades/skates, skateboards or motorized devices (with the exception of motorized wheelchairs) are allowed on the course.

Teams of 4-10 members may be registered by one representative who provides the team name and each participants name, email address and t-shirt size. Registering as a team provides each member with a $5 discount of the regular price. If you purchase tickets for multiple participants, you will be asked to confirm that you obtained consent from each participant to accept the event waiver on their behalf.

All 5K participants are required to sign a liability waiver to participate. All participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian who signs the waiver. The waiver signing is integrated into the registration process. To help make the check-in process quick and easy, please sign the waiver(s) before attending the event. If you purchase tickets for multiple participants, you will be asked to confirm that you obtained consent from each participant to accept the event waiver on their behalf.

5K check in and t-shirt pickup will start at 4:30 p.m. the day of event, on the west end of the U of A Mall, near the USS Arizona Mall Memorial. T-shirts are first-come, first-served at check in. The resource fair starts at 4:30 p.m. Run/walk/roll starts at 6:15 p.m.

Due to the fundraising nature of the 5K run/walk/roll, there will not be refunds for this event. We appreciate your awareness and support of this cause.
