Format: Booster Draft
In a Draft, players open packs and build decks on the spot before playing one-on-one matches. Each player drafts 3 booster packs, one pack at a time, then builds a minimum 40-card deck. Games typically last around 20 minutes.
How Drafting Works:
Players sit around a table and each open one booster pack. Everyone selects one card from their pack (without revealing it), then passes the remaining cards to the left. You continue picking one card at a time from the packs passed to you until all cards from that pack are drafted.
Then each player opens a second pack and repeats the process, this time passing to the right. The third pack is drafted passing to the left again.
At the end of the draft, each player will have around 45 cards (plus any number of basic lands) to build their 40-card deck.
