Wildbluesea presents the Blue Mind Reset+ sound bath with coffee social

Wake up with nature and ease into the weekend at the Blue Mind Reset+ coffee social on Jupiter Inlet- a restorative practice bringing you the calm and well-being of blue mind with a blend of guided meditation, light stretches, sound bath and a mini-ecotalk to provide insight into our relationship with nature and wild waters. Haven’t heard of the Blue Mind Theory yet? Let us introduce you to a way of being more calm, creative, balanced and connected, then carry the healing benefits of blue mind with you throughout your day.

Our time together ends sipping Oceana Coffee under the Banyan tree and savoring a beautiful morning by the inlet. Make this your favorite ritual to begin the weekend.

• Held on the lighthouse deck most Saturday mornings/month at sunset.
• Must arrive 20 minutes prior to the program start to check in at the main gate.
• $26 donation at the entrance includes coffee.
• Cash or credit card.
• Program capacity: 75

Plan to be comfortable on a wood deck. Bring blankets, yoga mat(s)or low backed beach chair for the back row. Everyone is welcome! No prior meditation experience is required.
