Wild Words

It's July and somebody should really tell the wet season to "Go home!" Anyway, I am annoyed by a phrase, and here it is: "A picture is worth a thousand words." I think this statement is an affront to all writers. So let's take it on! As writers, we can tell stories, but we can also use words to paint pictures. So, let's bring our Wild Words to the realm of pure imagery and prove it takes way less than a thousand words to conjure an image! Which means the theme for this month is: "Paint me a picture with words".
