A monthly group focused on nature connection, support and creative activities. Open to women of all ages.We run on Wednesday evenings from 7-9PM in Hillfields Community Garden. In the winter months we move indoors - the location for this session will be confirmed nearer the time
Each month we share seasonal food and drink, and there is plenty of time to just catch up and have a chat.
October's session will be facilitated by Tara who will be talking about sound healing and treating us to a sound bath.
