Join us for an invigorating morning on the beach communing with mama ocean. These events are free and designed to offer you a space to connect with nature and like-minded women.We’ll meet at Southbourne Beach, Bournemouth for a wild swim on the 9th of March at 10am. I’ll also guide a short grounding practice and share herbal potions made from locally foraged plants. The focus is on coming together and connecting organically, with the option to share and reflect through some gentle prompts if that feels right in the moment.
Whether you’re a seasoned wild swimmer or trying it for the first time, you’re warmly welcome to join us!
What to bring:
• A mug
• Swimsuit and a towel
• Blanket to sit on
• Warm clothes and layers
• Water shoes to keep your feet warm in the water
• Hot water bottle for extra warmth
All participants will be going into the sea at their own risk, so please speak to your GP or me if you have any concerns.
I’m keeping this gathering to a maximum of 10 people so we can still connect intimately with one another.
Booking via the Eventbrite link is essential.
You will receive an email from me a few days before the start of the event with all the details of where we’re meeting.
