We will come together to create a sacred space for shared stories and a safe container to be our authentic selves. Our focus this month will be transmuting shame into power. Sitting in circle to reclaim taboo or painful experiences through collective healing.
Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring an open mind, a comfy blanket, and perhaps a journal.
No experience necessary. $15 suggested donation.*
