From sunrise yoga to moonlit reflections, from hiking through breathtaking landscapes to dancing under the stars, this retreat is a call to shed expectations, reconnect with your essence, and celebrate the raw, fierce beauty of being alive. Through movement, mindfulness, and shared stories, we’ll hold space for one another, forging bonds that remind us we are never alone.

• Transportation to/from near Table Rock Lake (we will be carpooling as a group from KC at 12pm on Thursday if you wish to join - if you can't leave at this time or live outside this area we will meet you at our cabin when works best for you after 4pm)

This retreat is for women in their 25s-50s who are seeking meaningful connection, adventure, and the chance to form lasting friendships. With an intimate group of just 14 women, we’ve designed this experience to ensure every voice is heard, every sister is seen, and the bonds formed are deep and authentic.

This isn’t just about wellness—it’s about embracing all of you. We move, we nourish, we laugh, we pour the wine, and yes, we sparkle. This is a space where you can show up fully as your authentic self—wild, free, loud, soft, or anything in between. Here, deep connections are formed through play, heartfelt conversations, and shared adventure. Come as you are, and together, we’ll dive into a weekend of sisterhood, joy, and unapologetic fun.
