The warmth of breath on your skin.
The rhythm of music in your hips.
The subtle joy of simply being alive inside your body.
Many women have been taught to disconnect from this place.
To silence sensation.
To wait for someone else to awaken their pleasure.
But the truth is different.
Pleasure lives inside you.
Waiting for your attention.
Waiting for your permission.
During this evening we will explore gentle and playful practices to awaken the sensory body and reconnect with this inner source of pleasure.
Through breath, movement, sound and embodied exploration, we begin to soften, open and remember.
First, Vilja will guide you through a soft heart-opening cacao ceremony.
Ceremonial cacao is pure nourishment for our bodies, and may assist you to feel your heart and yourself at a deeper level.
The cacao will be vegan-friendly.
Next, Ewa will guide this embodied exploration, inviting women to reconnect with the natural vitality and pleasure that lives within the feminine body. The practices are gentle, clothed and fully invitational, creating a safe space for each woman to explore her own rhythm and experience.
Lastly we will gather in circle to share our experience, led by Henriette.
About Wild Woman events:
Wild Woman came to life through a clear and heart-guided vision that came through in meditation.
Vilja and Henriette proceeded to gather their energy, knowledge and curiousity to facilitate this all female concept.
We are so happy to have Ewa with us for this event, with her unique expertise on tantra and pleasure for women.
Wild Woman are for us women to come together to express, be witnessed, supported, free, open, honest and raw. To move our energy together, physically and mentally. To share and to hold eachother.
In Wild Woman we combine energetic exercises with movement on the the dancefloor.
