This is a day-long immersive retreat for women who are longing to soften, open, express, and reconnect with their wild creative essence. A space to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a slower, more embodied rhythm, where creativity becomes medicine and joy becomes a pathway back to the soul.

Drawing on the wisdom of women who run with the wolves, this day offers a space to rewild, because when women are connected to their instinctual nature, they feel more alive, happy, sensual, creative, and deeply sacred.

The Wild Woman Creative Day Retreat is a deeply nourishing blend of art, movement, ceremony, and sound, designed to gently guide you back into your body, your intuition, and your innate creative power.

No experience is needed. Only a willingness to show up as you are.

Clay Play (Air-Dry Clay)
Ground your energy through the earth. Shape, explore, and create intuitively with clay as a way to soothe the nervous system and awaken the hands.

Paint Your Soul – Therapeutic Art Journey
A guided, process-led painting experience focused on expression rather than outcome. This is about listening inward and letting your inner world speak through colour and form.

Cacao Ceremony
Open the heart gently with ceremonial cacao. A sacred pause to drop into presence, intention, and connection with yourself and the group.

Movement Medicine & Joyful Dance
Shake off stagnation and come alive through guided somatic movement and free, joyful dance. This is an invitation to move as your body wants to move, without performance or pressure.

Breathwork
A guided breath journey to release stored tension, emotions, and old stories, creating space for clarity, calm, and expansion.

Drum Trance Journey
Travel inward through rhythm and sound. The drum supports deep grounding, altered states of awareness, and connection to instinct and inner wisdom.

Voice Healing Journey
Reconnect with your voice as a channel for healing and expression. No singing experience needed. This is about sounding, toning, and letting the voice move energy and emotion.

A healthy light vegetarian lunch will be lovingly prepared and served, alongside nourishing snacks throughout the day to keep you grounded and supported.
