Wild Wellbeing in Warwickshire

This is an incredible women-only experience to include wild swimming, a wood-fired sauna, hot drinks followed by an alfresco lunch together. We will also lead a guided meditation during the afternoon.
All you need is provided but if you'd like to bring crocs / flip flops / a dry robe or oodie of course do that.
