Welcome to the Wild Weeds Herbal Craftshop at Heartbeat Gardens! Wild spring greens, such as dandelion, nettle, burdock, chickweed, and more, are nutritional powerhouses, filled with essential vitamins and minerals for vital health. Early spring is a precious time to harvest and preserve their vibrant nutrient-dense offerings.

In this workshop we will learn to identify, respectfully harvest and safely prepare remedies that highlight the virtues of these wild weeds. Participants will leave the workshop with a mineral-rich vinegar infusion.
