At Happy Explorer, we have found some beautiful secret pools and waterfalls. So with a spirit of adventure, come and join us and some new friends for a wonderful walk to try a short dip or swim in these stunning places..which is of course optional!
Many people are finding the cold water fixes aches, pains, reduces stress, lowers resting heart rate and brings a feeling of being fully alive to their lives.
Our qualified Hill and Mountain guide and Cold Water Therapy coach will help you to stay safe and guide you through the steps.
We do have some changing towels and wetsuit socks if you need them. We will drop our changing gear near our beautiful pool after a secret walk to some of the best views on the Island.
Whether you are new to this or an experienced wild water dipper, come and join others for a forest walk, a hot foraged drink such as Elderberry, Hawthorn or Sweet Rosehip. The dip is of course optional.
