Springtime brings a whole world of wild ingredients that we can use in the kitchen. Award winning chef Jamie Swofford always has been fascinated with foraging and using wild ingredients -- and April is one of the best times for it.

Jamie will create a wild allium vinaigrette and show different ways to use and preserve the wild garlic that grows everywhere around us. He'll showcase a mix of wild baby greens (sorrel, chickweed, henbit, purple dead nettle) and make a wild edible flower crepe with violets and dandelion petals.
