A Sourdough 101 workshops specifically geared towards our teachers, educators, and classroom assistants who have the summer off to practice.
Through hands-on practice and demonstrations, participants will have the opportunity to develop their skills and gain confidence in making sourdough bread.
Each participant will also take home an active sourdough starter and make their own dough to bake their bread at home, as well as have Angela's continued sourdough mentorship.
