Join us for a Winter Solstice class on SUNDAY, 12/21 from 9:30-11 a.m. in a supportive, relaxed, + welcoming environment for an expressive movement class designed to help you get unstuck, enjoy cardio movement, boost immune health, dissolve anxiety/stress and celebrate community. We will not have class on 12/28, so we will see you again at our next class on 1/4.
Facilitated by nationally-recognized self-care author, authentic movement and somatic experiencing coach Renee Trudeau. Every week is different! Show up 10 minutes early with a water bottle/mat/journal and pen. Dunn’s Rock Community Center, Brevard, NC.
