About this Event

The Wild Rose Gathering: A Pelvic Health + Embodiment Twerkshop is an intimate women’s experience designed to get you out of your head and back into your body. 🌹 Through pelvic health education, breathwork, hip mobility, mindful movement, and twerking, we’ll explore deeper connection to our bodies while creating space to release, move, play, and connect with other women. Come as you are and leave feeling rooted, connected, empowered, and alive.
