Wild Roots Summer Camp Week 3: Eco Engineers

Wild Roots Eco Engineers Summer Camp invites children to explore how nature can inspire design through the lens of Fort Wayne and nearby natural spaces. Each day, campers observe patterns and systems in the natural world, using biomimicry to think about how nature solves problems. Through hands-on building and the engineering design process, children design and test creations such as floating structures for the river and small habitats for living creatures. Through exploration, experimentation, and collaboration, campers engage in creative problem-solving while building a deeper connection to the natural world.
