This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover the quiet wisdom held within the plants growing all around us.
Together, we will wander the garden, meet the herbs, and explore how these humble allies can support our everyday wellbeing.
You will be gently guided through the process of creating your own remedies, simple, effective, and rooted in traditional knowledge.
It’s about curiosity, connection, and remembering what we already know deep within.
What We’ll Do:
Garden wandering & plant connection
Meet the herbs growing in the apothecary garden and learn their stories, uses, and energetics.
Herbal remedy making
Create at least 3 of your own simple remedies to take home (these may include oils, balms, or tinctures depending on the season).
Your herbal manual
You’ll receive a lovingly created guide filled with recipes, plant wisdom, and information to support your journey beyond the day.
Space to land and connect
A warm, welcoming environment where questions, sharing, and conversation are always invited.
