We all want to feel better, more relaxed, more healthy, more grounded, etc. But to get there, sometimes we have to dig deep into the depths of WHY we are in the state we are, and it isn't always obvious to us. Guided breathwork can help regulate your nervous system and release pain, aches, stuck energy or trauma, and allow you to move forward in your life with more peace and fulfillment.Studies show that breathwork can help bring clarity and understanding that many have been able to achieve with medication or psychedelic drugs, but in a completely safe environment and without any substances.
My goal is to create an intentional and safe space for you to have room to heal.
a Wild Raven Breathwork session will look something like this:
• gentle movement to loosen up your bod/mind
• getting comfy and listening to relaxing sounds whilst I guide you through patterns of breathing
• feeling some feels, emoting some emotions
• a short, relaxing, guided meditation
• time and space to just "be."
• room to journal about what came up for you (highly recommended)
• guidance on integration going forward
Sessions look a little different every time and are experienced a little differently by every individual. There is no "right" way to experience a session, whatever way it shows up for you is the correct one.

NOTE: if you have any underlying health conditions, a recent medical procedure, or are currently or very recently pregnant, please let me know before we start the session so I can guide you with specific details to make your session more tailored to your needs. Thanks!
If you would like to bring your own blanket, pillow, or eye mask for comfort, you are welcome to do so.
Pro tip: I recommend using ChapStick just before we begin to keep your lips from feeling too dry.
