This hands-on, beginner-friendly class is part of the Wild Plants for Food & Medicine: A Practical Beginner Series. Each class is designed to stand alone, so no prior experience is required.

• Emphasis on safe, traditional, and sustainable practices
Class Details
• One-day class (9 AM–5 PM)
• Minimum of 3 students required
• Maximum of 10 students
• Lunch break provided (participants should bring their own lunch)
