Sometimes the moments that change things don’t come with certainty. They show up as a quiet nudge, a sense that something is ready to shift, even if you can’t fully explain it yet.
And instead of moving, we wait for clarity, for confidence, for the “right time.”
In this guest speaker gathering, Lorisha Ionno shares the story behind The Durango Collective through the lens of what she calls “green lights” those intuitive signals that appear before everything makes sense.
This is not about forcing yourself forward.
It’s about learning how to recognize what is already there and respond in a way that feels grounded and true for you.
This space is for women who are already reflecting on their patterns and are ready to move forward with more clarity and trust.
In this session, you’ll explore:
• How to recognize intuitive signals
• What holds you back from taking the next step
• How to move through hesitation in a grounded way
• A simple, practical way to take aligned action
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what your next step might be, and the confidence to move with it.
As with all Women’s Collective gatherings, this is a space to slow down, reflect, and connect. There is no pressure to share you’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels right.
