What did the folks of Norfolk drink before hops and China Tea arrived in this country? Delicious beers and tissues made from wild plants, that's what! On this highly interactive course, Old Witch Diana and Aaron the Forager, will show you how to identify, brew, and grow herbs and other wild plants that can be used to make beers and teas todsy. And along the way you should learn something about life in Medieval Norfolk too.
